A member of the King's personal guard. A close friend to the deceased King, he was there when the King was murdered on the hunt. He suspected it was the Kings brother, Lord Edrin, who had the King killed.
He was there the night that the Order of the Dragonmarks was accused of killing the King and set them on the quest to find Prince Edmund.
